Welcome to The Women Before Me community. By using our Platform, you agree to the following terms:

Users must be 16+ to join, and 18+ to make purchases or post public offers.

2. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, exploit, or threaten any member

• Share false or misleading information

• Post hateful or discriminatory content

• Use the Platform for unlawful or commercial spam

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (posts, comments, media, offers), you:

• Represent that the content is yours

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it

• Acknowledge we may remove content at our discretion for any reason

4. Community Marketplace & Donations

All sales, trades, and listings are at your own risk. We are not liable for external transactions or disputes between members. Proceeds from official merchandise and art sales may fund our charitable missions, including survivor support.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or endanger our community.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We’ll notify you of significant changes through the Platform or email.
